chopped salad - summer vegetables, salty seeds, roasted lemon vinaigrette

focaccia toast - whipped ricotta, stone fruit compote, local honey

wagyu carpaccio - black garlic bagna cauda, crisps, arugula, pickles 

maine mussels - charred corn, green chili lemongrass broth - $5 supplement

pan seared striped bass - fava succoutash, chorizo, tomato veirge   

dijon herb ½ chicken - roasted root veg, lemon thyme jus 

eggplant schnitzel - piquillo white beans, tomato chutney, raiti 

aged 8oz ribeye steak - duckfat potato, broccolini, herb butter, borderlaise - $10 supplement

choice of dessert

bread pudding - malt custard, banana bread crisp, vanilla ice cream, salted caramel

key lime tart - guava sherbet, granola
